The ceremonial jubilee session on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Centre of Informatics Tri-city Academic Supercomputer and networK (CI TASK) takes place in the Senate Hall of the Gda\u0144sk University of Technology. During the session, an agreement for co-financing the Competence Center STOS project will be signed. Signing the contract will be preceded by a speech of Mieczys\u0142aw Struk, the Marshal of the Pomeranian Voivodeship. Then the goal and tasks of the CC STOS project will be presented by prof. Henryk Krawczyk, director of CI TASK, and arch. Zbigniew Reszka, director of the Arch-Deco architectural design studio, who will present the design of the CI TASK building. During the solemn jubilee session on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the CI TASK, prof. Piotr Dominiak, acting rector of the Gda\u0144sk University of Technology, signed an agreement with representatives of the Pomeranian Development Agency for the financing of the construction of the Competence Center STOS (Smart and Transdisciplinary knOwledge Services). The total value of the project exceeds PLN 114 million gross, and co-financing in the amount of over PLN 66 million will come, among others, from from EU programs implemented by the Pomeranian Voivodeship and the Ministry of Investment and Development. The session was chaired by prof. Henryk Krawczyk, director of CI TASK.<\/p>\r\n
